Your pet's Tag Safe Profile

When your tag arrives, redeem the unique code that comes with it to create your pet's Tag Safe Profile. It can include your pet's name, your contact numbers, an email address, vet details and any important care or behaviour notes – so the finder knows exactly what to do and who to call.

📍 Location alerts: the finder can choose to share their location from the profile, and it's emailed straight to you.

Questions and answers

Does this replace my dog's legal ID tag?
No. In the UK, dogs in public must wear a collar tag with the owner's name and address, and must be microchipped. Tag Safe adds a quick way for a finder to reach you straight away.

What does someone see when they tap it?
Your pet's page with your phone number, your pet's name and any care or vet notes you add. They can also send you their location.

Which phones can read it?
Most smartphones made in the last few years, both iPhone and Android, with no app needed.
