Three simple steps
1. Choose your tag
Pick the tag that suits you – for pets, children's bags, luggage, handbags or medical and care information. You don't need to give us any contact details when you order.
2. We make and post it
We 3D print, programme and check your tag, then post it – normally within 1–2 working days. Every tag comes with its own unique code.
3. Redeem your code and create your profile
When your tag arrives, redeem your unique code to create its Tag Safe Profile. You choose exactly what it shows:
- Children's and Medical tags – a contact page with up to 5 contacts, such as parents, grandparents, carers or emergency contacts, plus any important information you want to add.
- Pet tags – your contact details along with your pet's name, vet details and care notes.
- Luggage tags and handbag charms – your contact numbers, email and a backup contact.
You can update your profile yourself whenever your details change – the same tag keeps working.
What happens when someone finds it?
The finder holds their phone near the tag. Most modern iPhones and Android phones read NFC automatically – no app required. Your Tag Safe Profile opens on their screen so they can call or email the right person.
📍 They can also tap Send location to share where they are, and it's emailed straight to you.
Good to know
- Tags need no battery and never need charging.
- No subscription needed – everything above is included with your tag.
- Tag Safe is not a GPS tracker. Location is only shared if the finder chooses to send it.
